After learners complete an exam in EchoExam, instructors have access to detailed reports showing their participation and performance.
Instructor Reports are broken into four sections:
- Summary - an overview of the results
- Questions - detailed information for each question
- Roster - provides information on how learners performed on each question
- Learners - provides detailed information on each learner’s attempt
Accessing the Instructor Report
- Log into EchoExam as an instructor.
- Click the My Reports tab.
A page opens listing all exams in a table with the exam name, date, status, course, participants, average score, and options.
- Search or click the table heading to sort by Name, Date, Course, Participants, or Avg. Score, to find your exam.
- Filter your exams by ownership (Show All, My Records, and Shared Records) from the drop-down in the top right. The default is Show All.
- Filter your exams by status (All, In Progress, and Complete Records) from the drop-down in the top right. The default is All.
- Click the three vertical dots to open the action menu for an exam.
- Results opens the Summary tab for an exam.
- Download a .csv file with all results for that exam.
- Transfer the exam to a different course.
- Rename the exam.
- Delete the exam from your course.
Instructors can also access the exam report in one of the following ways:
- Click on the View Results action for an exam in My Reports.
- Click the Results button from the Course > Exams section for a completed exam.
- Click on the exam name from the Course > Results > Results section.
- Click on the Results action for an exam in Course > Results > Results section.
- Click on the exam status from the Course > Results > Scores section (in the column heading).
