WorkSpace and Device Manager Support
WorkSpace and Device Manager will no longer receive updates to function with the latest versions of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Below are the current operating systems that are supported:
Windows: Windows® 7, 8 or 10 (version 20H2 and earlier)
macOS: 10.10 – 10.14
Linux: Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 LTS*
*The Linux version of WorkSpace/Device Manager is no longer supported by technical support.
Known Issues:
If you experience any issues while using Device Manager or WorkSpace, you will need to use the software on one of the currently supported operating systems listed above.

- Content Gallery is no longer functional.
- Flash videos not supported.
- Device Manager is no longer fully functional.

- Device Manager may not launch.
- If launched, devices may not connect or function as expected.

- WorkSpace is no longer functional.
- For macOS 10.15 – 11.0 and up.
- WorkSpace will not launch or function as expected.
- For macOS 10.15 – 11.0 and up.
