The EchoVideo mobile app (iOS and Android) has been revamped to provide a modern, streamlined experience that aligns with the EchoVideo web application. This guide serves as a central hub for new users to set up their mobile environment and navigate the updated interface, ensuring a continuous learning and management experience across all devices.
The screenshots and options in the mobile app articles may vary slightly between iOS and Android. Available features also depend on your role, your institution's settings, and the type of media being viewed.
Prerequisites
- A valid EchoVideo account.
- The EchoVideo mobile app is downloaded and installed on a physical device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- An active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Cellular).
To begin using the EchoVideo mobile experience:
- Launch the EchoVideo app on your device.
- Enter your institutional email address and tap Sign In, as shown in the image below.

Follow your institution's standard authentication process.

Select your Role and click Continue, as shown in the image below.
Note: If you have dual roles (e.g., Instructor and Student), ensure you are authenticating with the correct credentials for your current session needs.
Upon logging in, you are presented with the home screen, which provides access to media you have started watching and classes you have missed.
