If you have purchased a subscription / license through your PointSolutions account, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To request a refund, email the following to support@echo360.com:
- Your full name
- Your school / organization email address
- The email address you used for the purchase if it differs from your school / organization email address
- The order number
- The date of purchase
- What you would like refunded
We can not process partial refunds. If you have ordered a bundle or more than one item, your whole order will be refunded.
If you have purchased a subscription from your school's bookstore, you need to go back to the bookstore to have your refund processed. Echo360 cannot process returns from purchases made through your school's bookstore.
