If you have selected the wrong region when logging in to the PointSolutions app, you are able to change it.
Open the PointSolutions app on your phone or tablet.
You must be signed out of the PointSolutions mobile app in order to change your region.
Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
iOS Device Android Device Click anywhere on the Region entry.
iOS Device Android Device Select the correct region from the list and click Save (iOS) or Set (Android).
iOS Device Android Device Click Done (iOS) or the back arrow (Android).
iOS Device Android Device Settings close and you are taken back to the Welcome Screen.
