Any Exam without a due date must be ended manually using the End Now button. Exams with a due date will end automatically at the due date / time. After an Exam has ended, it is easy to review its results in EchoExam.
Access Your Exam Results
To access your Exam results:
- From a web browser, go to your region's login page:

Enter your email address and click Sign In.
If you are part of multiple institutions, from the dropdown, select your institution, then click Sign In.
- Enter your password and click Sign In.
- Click the My Courses tab.
- Use your cursor or keyboard to tab to the course you want to open, then click Open Course.
You will automatically be taken to the Exams tab when you open the course, and all your Exams for the course will be displayed.
- Click Results from the top-right of the header.
Exam Results are displayed by default. Detailed results for an exam can be viewed by clicking the Results button on the completed Exam, from within the Course > Exams page
- Search or click the table heading to sort by Name and Date to find your Exam.
- Click the three vertical dots to open the action menu for an Exam.
You may also click the Exam name to see the detailed Results.
- Results - Open a page with individual learner results. Results include Learner Name, Learner Email, Overall Score, and if the learner got each question correct or incorrect.
- Download - Downloads the Exam results as a .csv file. The file includes Learner Name, Learner Email, Overall Score, and if the learner got each question correct or incorrect.
- Transfer - Transfers the Exam to a different course.
- Rename - Renames the Exam.
- Delete - Deletes the Exam.
Access Learner Scores
- From a web browser, go to your region's login page:

- Enter your password and click Sign In.
- Click the My Courses tab.
- Use your cursor or the Tab key to navigate to the course you want to open, then click Open Course.
You will automatically be taken to the Exams tab when you open the course, and all your Exams for the course will be displayed.
- Click Results from the top-right of the header.
Exam Results are displayed by default.
- Click Scores.
- The Learners column identifies a particular learner.
- The Score column is their overall score for the course.
- After the Score column, you will see the individual Exam results for each learner.
You can manually adjust a learner’s score for a particular exam. Click on the exam score for that learner. A pop-up displays where you can enter a new score. Click Save, and the score updates.
- Use the Export drop-down to download a .csv that includes learners in the course and their overall scores.
