If a participant is attending a US university remotely from outside of the United States, follow the instructions below to purchase a subscription.
This is only valid for subscriptions. If a participant needs to purchase a clicker, they will need to contact our support. We cannot ship internationally for purchases made in the web store.
For Participants
- Log into your PointSolutions account.
- Go to your Profile and click Add or Purchase a Subscription.
- Click Go Purchase a Subscription.
- Find the Subscription that you'd like to purchase and click Add to Cart.
- Click View Cart and then Checkout Now.
- Once you get to the Billing Address section, enter your First and Last Name.
- For the Billing Address itself, enter your University's Address.
A Verify Address window will appear.
- If there is a Suggested Address, choose that and Continue.
- If there is no Suggested Address, just click Continue.
- Click Checkout Now.
- Enter your Payment Details and then click Pay.
The subscription will be automatically applied to your account, you will not receive a code.
