The EchoVideo mobile app is designed to make it easy to access course content, participate in classroom activities, and review learning materials from your mobile device. This quick-start guide introduces the most common features you will use and provides links to related articles with detailed instructions.
Home
After signing in, the app opens to the Home page. Home provides quick access to recently viewed content, making it easy to continue watching recordings where you left off or catch up on classes you have not yet viewed.

Access Your Courses
To view your course content, tap Curriculum, then select the course you want to open. From there, choose a class to access its available recordings, presentations, or other published content.
If needed, tap Sort to sort classes alphabetically.

View Classroom Content
Selecting a class opens the classroom player. Depending on what your instructor has published, you may see a video, a presentation, or both.
If multiple channels are available, tap the Channel Selector to switch between video views or presentation slides.

Adjust Playback Settings
While viewing media, tap the Settings icon to customize your viewing experience. Available options include:
- Video quality
- Playback speed
- Closed caption and subtitle settings (when available)
- Copyright information
- Feedback submission through Canny

View and Manage Classroom Activity
While viewing classroom content, tap the Add (+) button to create content associated with the current playback location. You can:
While viewing classroom content, use the following tools to review and manage your activity:
- Notebook - View your notes and bookmarks for the current recording or presentation. Swipe left on a note to edit it.\

Discussions - View existing questions and discussion posts, create new posts, reply to discussions, and swipe left on your own posts to edit or delete them. Only the author of a post can edit or delete it.
The Study Guide, which combines notes and bookmarks, is available only in the EchoVideo web application.

Bookmark or Flag Content
Use the player toolbar to mark important moments while viewing content. You can:
- Add or remove bookmarks.
- Add or remove confusion flags.
When a bookmark or confusion flag exists for the current playback location, its icon is highlighted in the player controls.
