Notes in the EchoVideo mobile app let you capture important information while viewing classroom recordings, presentations, and interactive media. Each note is automatically associated with your current playback location, making it easy to return to the exact moment or slide later. Your notes are private and are visible only to you, providing a convenient way to review key concepts, study course material, and organize your learning from your mobile device.

The Study Guide is not available in the EchoVideo mobile app. Notes created in the mobile app are synchronized with your account and can be viewed in the Study Guide when you access EchoVideo from a supported web browser.

Add a Note

1. Click Add at the top right of your class view, as shown in the image below.
2. By default, Discussion Post is selected from the Add new dropdown, as shown in the image below.
3. Tap inside the text box and type your entry.
4. Choose Add Note.

Once entered, your post appears along with any other posts to the class.

Edit or Delete a Note

To edit or delete any note you created, open the Notes tab of the class. Only the individual who created the post can modify it.

Swipe left on the note to choose Edit or Delete the question as appropriate. 

• Edit - Opens the Edit Reply modal where you can update the text. Click Done when finished.
• Delete - Prompts you to confirm whether you want to delete the post / reply. Click Yes to delete it.
