New Features
Superscript and Subscript in Answer Boxes
Instructors and learners can now use superscript and subscript formatting in supported EchoExam answer boxes, making it easier to enter academic, scientific, and technical notation accurately.
Improvements
Accessibility Improvements
This release includes accessibility remediation work to better support WCAG 2.2 AA expectations across EchoExam. Improvements focused on reducing accessibility barriers for admins, instructors, and learners, including support for assistive technologies, accessible interaction patterns, labels, contrast, focus handling, and keyboard navigation.
400% Zoom and Reflow Support
EchoExam pages have been improved to support 400% zoom and narrow viewport reflow across instructor, administrator, and publisher workflows. Updates targeted key areas such as course pages, reports, library pages, and narrative editing so users with low vision can access content without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
Print Layout for Matching Questions
Printed matching questions now align the answer choice bank farther to the right within the printable content boundary. This improves the printed exam layout while preserving answer blanks, question numbers, and question text. This is limited to Abeka printing template only.
Faster, smoother page loading
We improved the initial loading experience so pages feel faster and more responsive from the start.
Fixes
General bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance overall reliability, stability, and user experience.
