We are committed to providing a fast and dependable experience. In this release, we have completed significant infrastructure upgrades to our global hosting environments. These updates modernize our backend systems to ensure higher availability and faster response times during peak usage periods, while also optimizing our resource management to support continued platform growth.
Security and Integration Maintenance
To ensure your data remains secure and your third-party integrations continue to function without interruption, we have performed essential security maintenance across our core services. This includes proactive updates to our secure communication protocols and payment processing integrations, ensuring that all background services remain compliant with the latest industry security standards.
Accessibility Updates
To ensure all users can navigate EchoExam with confidence, we have completed a comprehensive accessibility overhaul. We updated controls, tables, and navigation elements across the Exam Reports, Test Editor, and Library modules to provide proper textual names, roles, and state information for screen reader users, ensuring full compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Additional Improvements
Platform Stability: Resolved a series of minor stability issues identified during our recent quality assurance cycle to improve overall system reliability.
Reporting Accuracy: Updated the results database to ensure student information is consistently and accurately reflected across all performance reports.
General Maintenance: Finalized routine system checks and performance tuning to maintain a clean and stable environment for the upcoming academic period.
Fixes
Publisher Content Visibility: We resolved a configuration issue that prevented certain publisher-managed content from appearing within the editor view.
Title Code Redemption: To ensure students can activate their materials without delay, we fixed a synchronization error that was preventing the successful redemption of certain publisher title codes.
Library Search for Case Studies: To improve content discoverability for administrators, we resolved an issue where imported Case Studies were not consistently appearing in library search results.
Import Data Consistency: To provide better visibility into imported materials, we fixed a bug where the question count for Case Studies was not displaying correctly following an RTF file import.
