Study Aids bring learning tools directly into the EchoVideo Classroom Player, helping learners engage more deeply with video content and review key concepts more efficiently. Depending on how your instructor has configured the media, Study Aids can be generated for summaries, frequently asked questions (FAQs), study cards, and quizzes based on the content of a recording. These tools are designed to highlight important themes, reinforce understanding, and support knowledge retention while making video content easier to navigate and review. In this article, you will learn how to access and use Study Aids within the EchoVideo Classroom Player.
Access Study Aids
Study Aids are located in the EchoVideo player's side panel. To ensure you have engaged with the primary material before using these supplemental resources, a viewing threshold is applied.
View the Content: You must view at least 80% of the media before the Study Aids become accessible.
- Open the Sidebar: Once the threshold is met, click the Study Aids icon in the player's right-hand sidebar.
- Review Resources: The Study Aids panel will open, displaying the available resources for that media.
Note: The Study Aids icon and panel only appear if your instructor has turned them on and content has been provided. If you have viewed more than 80% of the media and still do not see the icon, Study Aids have not been turned on for it.
