To begin the integration, contact your EchoInk representative. We will ask you for your LRS or LMS endpoint and a set of credentials to authenticate against. Once your EchoInk representative has conﬁgured these on the EchoInk side, you can get started.

Prerequisites

To receive xAPI statements from EchoInk in your LMS or LRS, you need:

An LMS or LRS that supports xAPI version 1.0.1.
An LMS or LRS that accepts communication secured with HTTPS (HTTP over TLS) and uses TLS 1.2 and later.
An account on your LMS or LRS that EchoInk will use to send statements.
You must provide the details of this account to EchoInk, including the statement endpoint and the HTTP Basic Authentication username and password.
Conﬁrmation that your EchoInk user accounts contain valid UserIds and have been uploaded to your EchoInk organization using either CSV File Import or SAML 2.0 SSO.
A Habitat project that is published and distributed to your EchoInk readers.
