AskEchoInk Summaries & FAQs

Authors can now add summaries and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to documents. Learners can access these summaries & FAQs by clicking or tapping on a document tile in the Library, giving readers multiple ways to quickly learn what each document is about. 

Authors can also use AskEchoInk to automatically recommend summaries and FAQs based on the latest published version of a document. Authors can decide whether to use the recommended summary / FAQ, or make edits as needed. This makes it easy for authors to add these helpful resources to their entire library of documents, while maintaining full control over the exact wording of each summary or FAQ the learner sees.
