User Administrators have access to the following dashboards for Learning Pathways courses:

Overview Dashboard

General activity of all Learning Pathways Courses is here. Course assignments over time can be viewed + color-coded by course. There are summary counts of all active users, courses, and completion percentage.

Course Dashboard

General activity of all Learning Pathways Courses is here in a list and bar chart. There are summary counts of assignments, completions, and completion percent per course. The 20 most assigned courses are listed in the bar chart. Clicking a course opens the Course Details Dashboard.

Course Detail Dashboard

This will show all users who have been assigned this course, the average time to completion, and the course completion progress or % of that course completed.

Team Dashboard

Team members listed (in whole or filtered based on a custom attribute such as role / job title / district / location. This will show all active users in the team, the total assignments and completions, and the completion percentage. Selecting the individual user opens the User Details Dashboard.

User Details Dashboard

This detailed information for the user includes attributes that list out all courses and their completion status, time to complete, assigned by, and trainer sign-off. Assessment Results are also listed with quiz results, pass or fail.
