EchoInk provides each customer with a standard set of analytics reports so you can get powerful data analysis right out of the box.
The standard views are as follows:
- Platform Usage: A high-level view into overall Inkling engagement (pageviews and unique users) over any period of time.
- Team Engagement: A mid-level view into specific Inkdoc usage over any period of time.
- Content Performance: A detailed view of which Inkdocs and pages within Inkdocs received the most engagement over any period of time.
- Assessments: A summary view of each assessment, including the number of submissions and average score, and a detailed view of each assessment submission.
- Search: A summary view of what terms are being searched and what Inkdocs users are searching in.
- Featured Content: A detailed view into individual Featured Content activity, including which users have viewed and read Featured Content.
