EchoInk's Advanced Analytics dashboard enables you to review, create, and download detailed views of your users’ reading behavior and Inkdoc usage. The data displayed on the dashboard is derived from all Inkdocs and active users in your EchoInk organization.

The EchoInk analytics platform is powered by Tableau. Customers receive a Tableau Server license as a part of their package. Tableau offers free training videos to help you get started with visualizing your data.

Prerequisites

Before you can access Advanced Analytics:

• Your EchoInk representative must configure a Tableau site for your company and provide you with a link to access your organization's data.
• You must specify a Tableau Administrator. Your Inkling representative will grant the administrator read / write permission to the Tableau dashboard.

Log In to Advanced Analytics

1. Access the link provided to you by your Inkling representative.

2. Enter the credentials provided to you by your Inkling representative.

   These credentials may not match those of your Inkling account.

3. Once you have logged in successfully, click the Views link to view any standard or custom views for your organization.
