Custom rules may be created by Habitat Project Admins on an ad hoc basis for individual Habitat projects using the in-project rule builder. All custom rules in your organization may be viewed or deleted on the Audiences dashboard. Custom rules may also be converted to an Audience with this functionality.

View a Custom Rule

1. From the Audiences dashboard, click View custom rules.

   

2. Select the custom rule you would like to review.

   

3. Click the Users tab to review all users in the custom rule, or the Inkdocs tab to see all the Inkdocs that are currently included in the custom rule's distribution.

   

Save a Custom Rule as an Audience

1. From the Custom Rules screen, select the custom rule you would like to update or save as an Audience.

2. 

3. Click the Save as audience button.

   purple The Audience will be pre-populated with the existing rule structure from the custom rule.

   

4. Enter a Name and Description for the Audience.

   

5. Optionally, make any additional updates required to the Audience Rules.

6. Click Save to create your Audience.

   

Once saved, you may now associate any applicable projects with this new audience.

Custom rules will be automatically removed from the Audiences dashboard once they are cleared from the Habitat project.
