Once an Audience is created, a User Administrator may view, update, or delete it through the Audiences dashboard at any time.
View an Audience
From the Audiences dashboard, select the Audience that you would like to view.
Click the Users tab to review all users in the Audience, or the Inkdocs tab to see all the Inkdocs that are currently included in the Audience's distribution.
Edit an Audience
From the Audiences dashboard, select the Audience that you would like to edit.
Select Edit.
Update the Name, Description, or rules fields as needed.

Updating the rules of your existing Audience may remove Inkdoc access for users who currently have access to the title. Use the Preview Audience button to review the users who will have access to the Inkdoc after the update is saved.
- Click Save.
- On the prompt that appears, click Update Audience to apply the changes to the Audience.
Delete an Audience
Audiences that have been deleted cannot be restored.
From the Audiences dashboard, select the Audience that you would like to delete.
The Delete an Audience option will only appear for Audiences that are not currently used in any Inkdoc distribution.
Select Delete.
- On the prompt that appears, click the Delete Audience button to confirm deletion. The Audience will then disappear from the Audience dashboard.
