User administrators can delete user accounts by:
- Navigating to the People tab in Habitat
- Searching for and selecting a user from the list
- Clicking Delete User
This is an optional feature that can be enabled for your organization. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in enabling this feature.
Deleted users are deactivated, and their accounts, data, and access privileges are no longer accessible via Habitat or the EchoInk end-user app.
User administrators can upload a CSV file to bulk reactivate or deactivate users. See Deactivate users with CSV File Import.
User administrators can disable a user’s Habitat access by toggling the Habitat Access permission on the user’s profile.
