The Organization window contains read-only authentication information, including company and organization codes and a temporary password, that your users may need to log in to EchoInk.
Click People > Organization to access this window. Click Copy to save the code or password to your clipboard and then paste it into a document, email, or app for your users.
Your company normally sets up the organization code and temporary password with your EchoInk representative during the initial onboarding process. Contact your EchoInk representative if you encounter issues with any of the authentication information.
Habitat Users
New users who request access to Habitat for the first time need the organization code and a temporary password to complete their initial login. See Add Habitat users by user request.
If an EchoInk User Administrator grants a user access to Habitat using a CSV file, that user only needs the temporary password to complete the initial login. See Add users with CSV File Import.
EchoInk Library Users
To successfully log in to their library, users may need the temporary password and also a company code that provides access to their distributed content. If your organization maintains multiple EchoInk content sites, each site will have a unique company code. Be sure to provide your users with all the company identifiers they require so they can successfully log in.
