You can grant, update, or remove a Habitat user’s access permissions for one or more projects using the Update Habitat Project Access window.
Understand Project Permission Levels
There are three levels of permissions for Habitat project team members: Admin, Edit and Comment, and Comment Only. The permissions level determines the available functionality and views.

Update Habitat Project Access
- On the dashboard, click People > Users.
- Search for a user by first name, last name, username, or email address.
- Select the user to open their account window.
- In the User Permissions area, toggle Habitat Access to On if it is not enabled.
Click Manage Project Access.
The Update Habitat Project Access window appears.
The Update Habitat Project Access window displays the latest permissions that either an EchoInk User Administrator or a Habitat Project Administrator has set for a user on a project.
- Click Load More... to view the available projects.
- Add or remove the user from projects, and set the user’s access permissions. See Understand Habitat project permissions for more information.
- Click Done.
- Click Save Changes.
