Remove any duplicate rows from the CSV if the accounts share the same UserID.
The UserID field contains the unique value our system uses to assess whether to update an existing account or create a new one. When there are two rows with the same account information, our system can’t process the duplicated data and may report these errors in the import log.
If your organization uses SAML 2.0 SSO with Automatic User Provisioning enabled to automatically create accounts for new users, be sure to use the correct Username and UserID in the CSV file for these users. Otherwise, the system will have duplicate accounts, and these users won’t be able to log into Inkling.
To avoid data conflicts, verify all user data before submitting a CSV file.
