Configure Branding
EchoInk users see two primary screens in the library – the login screens and the library screens. EchoInk can brand both screens to match your company logo and colors.
To configure your brand, provide your EchoInk representative with these assets:
- Logo image: 140 x 40 pixel maximum, high resolution, transparent background, and preferably a PNG file.
- Title text: Text that represents either a company name or useful title text.
- The word Library always appears after the title text.
- The font weights cannot be adjusted.
- The title color matches the accent color.
- Brand colors: You can specify up to three brand colors, as hexadecimal codes.
- Accent color: The color of the text and buttons in the top bar of the library.
- Background color: The color for the login screens and the top bar of the library. If the background color is dark, we recommend using a white or light color for the logo image and the accent color.
- Any other brand guidelines.
The main area of the library where Inkdocs appear is a default grey color that cannot be changed.
Your EchoInk representative will set up your branded app experience and share the result. If your design team wants to be involved in the process, let your representative know.
Other Configuration Options
EchoInk Library
By default, the EchoInk Library displays an Overview page to end users. The Overview page displays a user's recently viewed Inkdocs, Collections (if applicable), and the user's Favorited Inkdocs.
The Overview page was built to help end users with large numbers of Inkdocs assigned to them (a good rule of thumb is to use this option when your end users are assigned more than one page of Inkdocs) to find their content quickly. If your organization assigns one or fewer pages of Inkdocs to each user, you may want to use the All Documents option.
Configure the All Documents Option for the Library
For users with a small number of Inkdocs (fewer than one page assigned to end users), you may prefer to configure the EchoInk Library so your end users see all their Inkdocs when they navigate to the Library, rather than the Overview page.
To turn on the All Documents option, you must request it from your CSM.
When the All Documents option is enabled for the Library, the Overview page is labeled My Dashboard.
