You can create a consent form for each site to appear after a user has logged in. If enabled, and there is no record of user responding to this form version, the interstitial page will come up after user logs in (or is logged in via SSO).
Text body, header, and sub-header can be formatted with basic styling preferences including font face, size and basic formatting. Images (banner / logo) can be accommodated. Do note that if the text body is longer than the available viewing area, a scroll bar will be available. The form is fully responsive and will adjust automatically to various screen sizes and resolutions
Accept / Reject buttons and related text are not customizable. They detect the language of the browser and will support localization for any language currently supported by Inkling.
International / Multi-Language Support
Inkforms can support multiple languages after the translations have been provided to EchoInk. Translated text will be displayed by default based on the browser's language. Other translations for the body of the text can be (optionally) selected via a dropdown. The drop-down menu will not appear if translations are not available for the Inkform.
Translations will apply only to the body of the text, the header, and the subheader.
Versioning
If you change the consent language or desire to trigger re-acceptance for all end users, a new form version will be created, which will have a new form ID. Since the end user has not accepted that formID, the interstitial page will be displayed again and require a response. This request should be made via Inkling support, and support will need new text and translations. Please plan on providing new text, new images, and new translations two weeks prior to the desired rollout date for the revised consent form.
