InkForm Tables allow you to collect, organize, and manage data in an all-in-one workspace. As users fill out your form and submit responses, you can view them in one place and take actions as needed. Additional options include syncing responses from connected forms, importing data, or entering data manually into InkForm Tables. You can then search and filter your data, add formulas and calculations. You can share the table with other business owners for collaboration.
Incorporating an Action Button Into a Table
With the touch of an Action Button built into an Inkform Table, you can:
- Send emails directly to submitters.
- Ask submitters to update their original form submissions.
- Funnel your data directly to your cloud storage, CRM, or project management tools for seamless execution
- Send PDF documents and share updates directly from your Tables workspace.
- Ask previous submitters to submit new or alternate forms.
- Do more with Tables, whether you are collecting data via form submissions or using your tables as a data management tool.
How to Send an Email With Form Data
The Send Email buttons allow you to trigger form emails manually or create new emails from scratch and send them with one click.
- Click the Add button on the right side of your table.
- Go to the Buttons tab.
- Select Send Email.
- Hit the Next button.
- Name your column and click on the Next button to proceed.
Select the emails to trigger with the Send Email button on the next step.
You can also add a new email or edit existing ones here.
Click on the Create Column button to complete the setup.
You should be able to see the new Send Email button column in your table.
- Click the button to send the respective email.
Customize Button Style (Optional)
You can also modify the button label, color, and icon.
- Click on the angle down (v) icon of the column heading to open the context menu.
- Click on the Customize button style option.
- Customize the button, label, color, and icon in the menu and see the changes in the preview section.
- Click on the Update Style button.
Once you save the changes, you will see your brand-new Send Email buttons on your table.
InkForm Auto Delete Submission Settings
With the Auto Delete Submission settings, data collected through InkForm submissions can be automatically deleted after a specified period of time.
