The Activity Log shows all assignments for a course in the last 30, 90, or 180 days. Assignments in the Activity Log are grouped by date. You can remove assignments or mark assignments complete for all assignees on that date.
- Log in to Habitat and go to the Courses tab.
- Click on the Course.
- Scroll down to the Activity Log.
Locate the assignment that needs to be removed. To find more details about each assignment in the Activity Log, you can click on the Count Number.
The Activity Log display defaults to Last 30 Days. This toggle can be updated to Last 90 or 180 Days.
- Once you have located the assignment that needs to be removed, click on the three dots next to the assignment.
- Click the Remove Assignments or Mark all as complete.
- When marking assignments complete, you will be asked to provide a reason. You can select the option that best represents the reason, or choose Other and provide a custom description. This selection will appear to learners and managers when viewing the completed course in their course library.
In your organization, if Team managers have access to assign courses to the field, they can also remove assignments for courses.
