You can grant access to all your EchoInk library users or only specific EchoInk library users using Habitat’s Audiences functionality.
The EchoInk Audiences functionality is available only to customers who have licensed the EchoInk library for Web and Mobile. Contact your organization’s EchoInk administrator or EchoInk representative with any questions on the distribution channels available to you.
Audiences control the content a given EchoInk user can view based on information your EchoInk User Administrator submits to EchoInk in a user data file.
In this user data file, your organization provides information about your end users, including name, job title, location, and role. You use this data to define end users who share attributes and create a distribution rule for this group. You can distribute multiple titles to one group, or a title to multiple groups.
As the Audience changes, Habitat automatically provides content to new members and revokes it from former members. You can also add specific users by name; their access to the content will be revoked only when you remove them from the custom rules.
Confirm you have the correct permissions. You must have at least Admin permissions to perform all of the tasks described in this section.
