EchoInk: Configure and Administer Habitat

This article describes common issues and error messages that project administrators may have when managing projects and users.

Issue or error message Solution Contact
Cannot add a user’s email on the Team Member page. A red border displays around the field and an error message appears:
The following email addresses do not have Habitat accounts associated with them.
 
  • Confirm that you are using the correct email as set in the user’s Habitat profile.
  • Confirm that you have correctly entered the email address.
  • Confirm that the Habit Access toggle is set to On in the member’s Habitat user profile.

If the error persists, this may indicate a user data conflict in the system.

Added a team member to a project, but the member still cannot see the project on the Habitat dashboard or participate in any reviews.
There is already an account associated with this email address. Please verify that no user in your organization is associated with this email address . Contact your organization’s user administrator for help with user account issues. EchoInk User Administrator
