If you are experiencing unexpected behavior in Habitat, we recommend first performing some basic website troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue. This procedure will help get your Habitat session back up and running.
- Log out of Habitat by clicking the services menu icon in the upper right corner of the toolbar, and select Sign Out.

Check that you are on the latest version of Chrome by clicking Chrome > About Chrome.
If you are not on the latest version, Chrome will update and ask to relaunch. If the browser is up to date, go to step 4.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies.
- Click Chrome > Clear browsing data, as shown in the figure below.
- Select the Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Close your Chrome browser completely.
- Open a new Chrome session.
- Access Habitat here.
- Log in.
- Select the project from your dashboard to reopen and see if you are still experiencing the behavior.
