If you are a manager, you can assign courses to your entire team or to a subset. You must select the team to which you would like to assign a course prior to clicking the Assign Course button.

View Your Team’s Course Statuses

If you have assigned courses in the field, you can review the assignee status for those courses and learners specifically.

1. Click View By Courses.
2. Select a Course in order to review the learners to whom you have assigned this course.
3. Select an individual learner's name to review the specific completion status information for the user.

Assign a Course (Mobile)

If you are a manager, you can assign courses to your entire team or to a subset. You must select the team to which you'd like to assign a course prior to starting the course assignment.

Start assigning courses by tapping on the Assign Course button. You'll notice that as you scroll down the page, the Assign Course button changes to a + icon to ensure it does not block visibility into the active courses.
