Inkling lets you use the Search Inkling voice command in the native mobile application on iOS and Android devices. This feature is available in the Native iOS 6.3.0+ and Android 3.3.0+ mobile applications.

iOS Devices

In the updated version of the app, tapping Search will give you the option to add the Search Inkling voice command to Siri. Enabling this feature lets you ask Siri to search for a phrase within Inkdoc titles or text, without opening the app.

The top 10 relevant Inkdoc titles will appear. If the search term is found within the title, it will say INKDOC, and if the search term is found within the Inkdoc text, it will say PAGE. You can say the Inkdoc title to open the relevant Inkdoc in the app and download it if necessary using the voice command Download.

Android Devices

When you tap Search in the app, you will be given the option to enable audio with the Google Assistant. Enabling this feature lets you search for a phrase in Inkdoc titles or text without opening the app.

The top 10 relevant Inkdoc titles will appear. If the search term is found within the title, it will say INKDOC, and if the search term is found within the Inkdoc text, it will say PAGE. You can say the Inkdoc title to open the relevant Inkdoc in the app and download it if necessary, using the voice command Download.
