Because 70% of learning happens on the job, Inkling allows you to access the knowledge you need whenever you need it. You can access Inkling on desktop web, mobile web, or the Inkling mobile app.
Whether you access Inkling on a desktop, mobile device, or both, be sure to use a supported browser and device.
Supported Browsers and Devices
We fully support the latest versions of these browsers for use on desktop and mobile devices:
- Chrome
- Edge
- Firefox
- Safari
- iOS: Devices running iOS 15.0 and higher; Safari browser
- Android: Devices running 9.0 Pie and higher; stock browser or Chrome
For the best interactive reading experience, we strongly recommend using the latest version of a supported browser.
Viewing Inkling content on legacy versions will result in a degraded experience.
Inkling does not support any version of Internet Explorer (IE) and recommends using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari instead.
Check the help documentation for your browser and device OS to determine their version numbers. Contact your Inkling administrator or IT department before performing any upgrades. Your organization may have specific system requirements to access Inkling.
Desktop
Your Inkling administrator will provide a link to your online Inkling library. You do not need to download and configure any applications.
Mobile
Inkling’s mobile app is not just a web page or a hybrid app. Our fully native app runs faster and performs better than a web browser. It is designed to leverage native mobile platform features that look familiar to users for an intuitive, integrated experience.
To use Inkling on a mobile device, you must first download the Inkling app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The links to the Inkling app from the app store are below:
The Inkling app is one of many offered by Inkling. Be sure to download the app without ebooks in the name.
You can be signed in to your Inkling library on only two devices. Be sure to log out of any devices you are not actively using so that we do not retain your login in our system. Also, log out before uninstalling the Inkling app or resetting your device to factory default settings.
Deleting the Inkling App
As Inkling moves away from its mobile app, uninstall the app from your devices. Before doing so, log out to remove your device from your two-device limit. You can still access your Inkling library using a supported web browser on desktop or mobile.
