Improvements and Fixes

Improvements 

• Upgraded Wiris math editor to version 7 to resolve issues with an older version.
• Added HTML schema support for the name attribute on details elements.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue with Publish History failing to return the correct version for some documents.
• Fixed an issue with closed feedback items sometimes appear twice in Habitat.
