Fixed an issue with Publish History not loading in some projects.
Fixed an issue with generating PDF and SCORM exports on some project revisions in Publish History.
Fixed an issue with the Monthly User Report links not displaying when the new People tab is enabled.
Fixed some UI display issues in Publish History and the People > Groups tab.
