Accessing the Resource Center

GoReact now has a Resource Center built into the application! The Resource Center can be accessed by clicking the gray "Help" icon. For GoReact.com users, this icon is found at the top right of the page next to the Library. For LMS users, the icon is found at the bottom right. 

Within the Resource Center, there are three modules: Training, Help, and Feedback. 

Training

The Training module contains step-by-step walkthroughs for different features in GoReact. The walkthroughs you see in the Resource Center will depend on your role in the course (Instructors and Presenters won't see all of the same training walkthroughs). 
 

The prompts will take you through the process of the task and let you know when you are finished. 
 

Help

The "Help" module in the Resource Center directs you to the GoReact Help Center (where you are now!) Within this widget, you can search the Help Center for step-by-step guides, or click the "Contact us" button to submit a ticket with the GoReact Support team. 

Feedback

If you have great ideas about how GoReact can be improved, this module opens a form where you can submit feedback that goes directly to our Product team.
