GoReact provides Activity, Folder, and Rubric Reports to help instructors and administrators keep track of video submissions, feedback, scores, and rubric use. Activity Reports give details about a specific assignment, while Folder Reports offer a summary of all activities within a folder on GoReact.com. Rubric Reports can be downloaded as CSV files for one or more activities, making it easier to analyze performance and import data. These tools help educators monitor participation, feedback, and learning outcomes in GoReact.
Activity Reports
Activity Reports in GoReact let instructors easily track learner engagement and progress for each activity. From the activity dashboard, instructors can quickly see who has submitted work and the overall class performance. These reports offer a clear overview without needing to check each submission. Activity Reports help identify trends, follow up with students, and keep coursework on schedule. They are available in the new activity view.
To view an Activity Report
- Click the vertical ellipsis to the right of your activity on the dashboard.
Select View Activity Report, as shown in the figure below.
The Activity Report opens.
Click the caret to expand the row for any User, as shown in the figure below.
Each video that the user has submitted or engaged with is displayed.
- Optionally, click the Marker number to display the Markers the participant used, as shown in the figure above.
Each column summarizes the following information:
- User - Displays the name of the user registered for the folder (i.e. course or training).
- Role - Lists the user's role within the activity.
- Videos Presented - Shows how many videos the user has submitted for the activity.

- Comment Length (Avg) - Shows the average length of the user's comments.
- Markers - Shows all markers the user has received on their videos, including Markers they have left themselves and markers left by peers or Owners.
- Score (Avg) - Shows the user's average of all scores reviewers gave the user for that activity. This includes scores and scores derived from rubrics. When multiple reviewers provide a score or complete a rubric, the average of those scores is reported.
Folder Reports
Folder Reports in GoReact give instructors a summary of student work and engagement across an entire folder (course). Instructors can expand individual students to view detailed participation data. Folder Reports help instructors quickly evaluate overall class performance and participation trends in one place.
Folder Reports are only available to goreact.com users and are not available in LMS platforms.

Rubric Reports
You can also download a CSV file to import into your own spreadsheet for any assignments that use a rubric in GoReact. There are two ways to do this, each giving you a different set of results.
Single Activity Report
To get a report on a rubric used in an activity in one folder, click the vertical ellipses next to the activity name within that folder and select the owner or participant report to download the file to your computer. This is available to both goreact.com and LMS users.
All Activities Rubric Report
If you wish to see a broader report for the usage of a given rubric across all activities where that rubric has been used, you can download the CSV file from your library. Note that this will include usage across all folders / activities you have permission to see. (Users with organization-level roles will get a report for the entire organization, Owners will get a report for all of their own courses and any that they have been invited into.)
Simply open your library by clicking Library on the left sidebar (or in the bottom right corner for LMS users), select the vertical ellipses next to the rubric, and choose Download Report for the desired report.
