Instructors can add questions to a question bank directly from the question library. When adding to a question bank, you can either create a new question bank or select an existing question bank from the modal.
Add a Question to an Existing Question Bank
- From My Library, select Questions from the left menu.
- Search for or use the faceted filters to find the question you want to add.
- Click the vertical action menu and select Add to Question Bank.
The Add to Question Bank modal opens.
- To create a new question bank, enter a name and click Create Question Bank.
- To add to an existing question bank, select Existing Question Bank.
- Optionally, filter question banks by Owner.
- Optionally, use the dropdown to sort the listed question banks by Updated, Created, A to Z, or Z to A.
- Select a question bank and click Add to Question Bank.
The question bank opens and the question is added to the bottom.
Bulk Add Questions to an Existing Question Bank
- From My Library, select Questions from the left menu.
- Search for or use the faceted filters to find the questions you want to add.
- Select the questions.
The bulk actions menu appears. You may have to scroll to see it.
- Click Add to Question Bank.
The Add to Question Bank modal opens.
- To create a new question bank, enter a name and click Create Question Bank.
- To add to an existing question bank, select Existing Question Bank.
- Optionally, filter question banks by Owner.
- Optionally, use the dropdown to sort the listed question banks by Updated, Created, A to Z, or Z to A.
- Select a question bank and click Add to Question Bank.
The question bank opens and the questions are added to the bottom.
