Features
Share Content with Instructors and Administrators
Instructors can share their content with other instructors and administrators in their organization, facilitating collaboration and review. Instructors can share individual questions, files, narratives, or case studies; or they can share entire tests or question banks. Copyrighted content from publisher partners is not eligible to be shared.
Set Content Permissions
Instructors can set add, edit, or share permissions for each user they share content with. Users without these additional permissions will have view-only access to the content. Add permission allows users to incorporate the shared content into their own materials. Edit permission allows users to modify, duplicate, or delete the shared content. Share permission allows users to distribute the shared content to others within the organization. These permissions can be configured in any combination, providing flexibility and control for content creators.
View Shared Content
Instructors and administrators have access to new Shared with Me and Shared by Me sections in My Library, providing easy access to shared content in order to use and manage it.
View Question and File Usage
Instructors have increased visibility and control over how their content is being used. Usage provides insight into any tests and question banks that a question has been added to, and any questions, narratives, or case studies that a file is included in. Instructors have the ability to remove their content from any place, providing total control over how their content is used.
Test Points and Question Count
Instructors will now see the total number of questions and total points for a test from the left-side panel in the test editor, ensuring that they have visibility into their test structure when editing. Instructors will also see either questions or points count from the test library, based on their account preferences setting.
