Only an organization admin or owner can edit the Organization Settings.
You may need to edit Organization Settings to confirm that they are accurate and / or current. To change these settings, you must be logged into your EchoExam account and have navigated to Organization Settings, as shown in the figure below.
Organization Info
This shows the Organization Name, Organization ID, and location details. All fields except for the Organization ID can be edited.
The Organization Name must be unique. If the organization name is already in use, you will be notified that the organization name is not available.
Select your Country from the dropdown. If applicable, choose to populate the State / Province and City dropdowns. If desired, you can leave the State / Province or City dropdown as Not Specified.
Click Save to save the changes.
Subscriptions
This shows organization-level subscriptions, expiration dates, and total seat count. It does not show individual instructor subscriptions (i.e., publisher subscriptions), how many seats on the subscription are used vs. available, or who is assigned the seats. To review and update instructor seat assignments, review the Users tab.
