The features in the Feature Spotlight are significant enough to impact workflows or integrations, so instead of rolling them out directly as General Availability (GA), we allow you to opt in and experience them before the official cutover.
The features in the Feature Spotlight are thoroughly tested and GA-ready. You should not encounter the stability, reliability, or bug issues that can come with Beta features.
Dynamic Branding
Dynamic Branding provides configurable intro / outro / watermark media for a player style. After enabling Dynamic Branding, the branding media and player styles must be configured. Once turned on, it cannot be turned off.
To turn on Dynamic Branding
- Turn on the Dynamic Branding toggle (off by default), as shown in the figure below.
- Review the warning message and click Confirm.
AskEcho: Generate Study Aids
Allow AskEcho to help you create Study Aids for your viewers. This will use your content transcript to generate Summary, FAQs, Study Cards, and Practice Quizzes that you can then edit or make available to your viewers.
To turn on the AskEcho-generated Study Aids
- Turn on the AskEcho: Generate Study Aids toggle; it is off by default, as shown in the figure below.
- Review the warning message and click Confirm.
AskEcho generation of Study Aids is now on and available for any content with a transcript.
Study Aids in the Classroom Player
Allow Study Aids to be visible to your viewers. Summary, FAQs, Study Cards, and Practice Quizzes require that 80% or more of your content be viewed before they become visible.
To turn on Study Aids in the Classroom Player
- Turn on the Study Aids in the Classroom Player toggle; it is off by default, as shown in the figure below.
- Review the warning message and click Confirm.
