You need a subscription to EchoPoll to respond to your instructor's questions. 

You won't need to purchase a subscription if your organization or instructor provides one. If you aren't sure, please check with your instructor.

You can purchase a subscription directly from your account. Once purchased, it is automatically applied to your account.

Purchase a Subscription

1. Go to your region's sign-in page.
   • North / South America

2. Enter your school or organization email address, as prompted, and click Next.

   After entering your email address and clicking Next, you may be redirected to your school or organization's login page. Sign in using your organizational account's Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials and continue to Step 3.

   

3. Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown, as shown in the figure below.
   
4. Click the Subscriptions tab.
5. Under Subscriptions, click Purchase Subscription, as shown in the figure below.
6. A page with all available purchase options for your email address appears. Available categories and options depend on what your school or organization has set up in advance:
   • Bundles - Bundles include a clicker and subscription. A subscription provides the ability to respond with any web-enabled device.
   • Subscriptions - A subscription provides the ability to respond to any web-enabled device.
   • Support - Fast Pass gives you access to premium customer support featuring no wait time and a dedicated Echo360 representative. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST.
   • Clickers - Clickers require a subscription to associate your responses to your account.
7. Once you have identified the item(s) you wish to purchase, click the Add to Cart button on the item card, as shown in the figure below.

8. A window opens confirming that your selection has been added to your cart. Click View Cart to check out.

   Optionally click Continue Shopping to add additional items.

   

   The Add Fast Pass window opens. Fast Pass gives you access to premium customer support featuring no wait time and a dedicated Echo360 representative.

9. Click Add to Cart or No Thanks.

   Your Shopping Cart displays.

10. When you have finished adding your items, click Checkout Now, as shown in the figure below.

    If you do not wish to purchase our premium support, click the Trashcan icon next to the Fast Pass 1 Year item to remove it from your cart.

11. Fill out the required fields, marked by asterisks, and click Continue, as shown in the figure below.

    If you have ordered a clicker, you will populate fields for both Billing and Shipping Addresses.

12. You may be asked to verify your address. Click Continue in the window that appears.
13. Review your Cart Summary and select the box I accept the Echo360 End User License Agreement.
14. Click Payment Method, as shown in the figure below.
15. Fill out the required fields, marked by asterisks, and click Pay.
16. Your purchase is complete. Any subscription purchased is added to your account and clickers will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout. Click Return to Application Dashboard, as shown in the figure below. 

17. Your subscription status shows in your Account Settings under Subscriptions.

    A Response Device is not necessary unless required by your instructor.
