EchoExam: Publisher Customer Organization Creation for Admins

Only an Organization Admin may perform these steps.

When you adopt a new textbook bundled with EchoExam, your publisher will provide you with a URL to their EchoExam registration page. Use the steps below to set up your organization's account.

1. Open the URL provided by your textbook publisher. 
2. Click Get Started.
3. Start typing your school or Institution name in the search box.
4. Optionally, select a country to narrow the search further.
5. Click Search.

6. Select your School or Institution from the search results.

   If you do not see your School or Institution in the search results, skip to step 7.

   1. Click Continue to join your School or Institution.

   2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

      A verification email containing a link to complete your account setup has been sent to your email address.

   3. Click Got it.

      You are redirected to the publisher's EchoExam page.

   4. Open your confirmation email and click the Create your account link to complete your registration.

      Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see our email in your inbox.

   5. Fill in all New User Registration form fields and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Continue.

      The Publisher Code is a 16-digit code provided by the textbook publisher. Codes are single-use. Multiple users cannot redeem the same code.

7. Click Can't Find Your School or Institution? if your School or Institution is not in the search results.
8. Select Yes from the Do you want to create a new School or Institution? dropdown.
9. Select Yes from the Are you the administrator for this School or Institution? dropdown.
10. Click Continue.

11. Enter your email address and click Continue.

    A verification email containing a link to complete your account setup has been sent to your email address.

12. Click Got it.

    You are redirected to the publisher's EchoExam page.

13. Open your confirmation email and click the Create your account link to complete your registration.

    Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see our email in your inbox.

14. Fill in all New User Registration form fields and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Continue.
