If you have logged into the wrong region, you can change it.
- Close PointSolutions Desktop.
- Open File Explorer (Windows) or a new Finder window (Mac).
- Navigate to the appropriate application folder based on your device type:
- For Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Echo360\PointSolutions\Application
For the No Install version of PointSolutions, this file is located in your Application folder of the PC No install app.
- For Mac:
Applications\PointSolutions\Contents\Resources
To access the Contents folder, right-click on the PointSolutions application and select Show Package Contents.
- For Windows:
- Delete the TurningPointCloud.config file.
- Reopen PointSolutions Desktop.
- When you log in, you will be prompted to select your region.
