Improvements
Updated Login Experience
When logging into PointSolutions, administrators, instructors, and learners will see a new page layout that is consistent with our Echo360 brand. Additional security measures are also implemented to ensure that PointSolutions meets our strict security standards. When signing up for a new account, or resetting a forgotten password, users will need to complete reCAPTCHA before triggering an email with the next steps.
If your organization needs to update additional documentation, you can download our screenshot kits at the bottom of this article.
Subscription Store Changes
Learners purchasing a subscription through the PointSolutions web store will now have a fully accessible experience, with options updated for clear visual contrast, compatibility with keyboard navigation, and more. Fast Pass Premium Support is still included as an add-on option, but learners will be prompted before it's added to their cart.
Updated Companion App Settings
Instructors using the PointSolutions web Companion App will see an additional option when starting a session. The option for "Require Participant Accounts" will give instructors the flexibility to allow participants not on the roster while preventing unknown guest participants from joining the Session.
