Some institutions want to configure specific copyright licenses available for use. Once enabled, media owners and admins can set which licenses apply to individual media.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- From the Settings menu, select Institution Settings.
General settings appear and Basic Info is selected by default.
- From the middle panel, select Legal, as shown in the figure below.
- Optionally, enable Alternate Copyright Licenses. Once enabled, alternate license options you want to make available for users to apply (instead of or including the provided private copyright) become available to enable.
The toggle is disabled by default.
- Choose to enable
