EchoPoll: Creating a Poll Deck With Echo.ai Assist

Let Echo360's powerful Echo.ai Assist help you create your Poll Decks. Upload a PowerPoint to create your presentation slides, then generate questions based on your content anywhere in your Poll Deck. Choose from four question types (Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, Short Answer, and True / False) to automatically generate question slides. You must be logged into EchoPoll to create a Poll Deck.

Create a Poll Deck With Echo.ai Assist

  1. Click Create at the top right of your Library, and then select Poll Deck. The EchoPoll library Create button with Poll Deck selected
  2. Optionally, click Create Poll Deck from My Dashboard. The EchoPoll Dashboard with Create Poll Deck button identified as described
  3. From the Create a Poll Deck modal, click Use Echo.ai Assist. Create a Poll Deck window with the Echo.ai Assist option identified as described
  4. Drag and drop or browse using the file navigator to select an existing PowerPoint, and then click Next. Echo.ai Assist window with Poll Deck Name populated, PowerPoint file selected and Create button identified as described
  5. Optionally, change the name of your Poll Deck.

    Your Poll Deck will have the same name as the PowerPoint file by default.

  6. Click Next to import the PowerPoint and create your Poll Deck.

    Echo.ai Assist scans your presentation content to convert your PowerPoint slides to editable Poll Deck presentation slides. Echo.ai Assist only uses content from your PowerPoint, never external content from online sources.The Echo.ai Assist import screen scans your content to create perfect polling options for each slide

  7. Choose a Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, Short Answer, or True / False question to create from Add Echo.ai Slide on any Presentation slide. An imported PowerPoint slide in your Poll Deck as a presentation slide with available Echo.ai question slide types identified as described
  8. Once added, the generated question slide can be moved, edited, duplicated, or deleted. AIGeneratedQuestionOptions.png
  9. Repeat Step 8 to create additional Echo.ai question slides.

Use a Poll Deck

Sessions and Assignments are the way your learners interact with the Poll Decks in My Library.

Sessions are live learning activities where you guide learners through a Poll Deck. You can launch a new session from your Library at any time.

Assignments are asynchronous activities that your learners can complete at their own pace, with optional due dates that you can set within My Library.
