EchoPoll: Assigning Unknown Clicker Responses to a Learner

When running a PowerPoint Polling or Anywhere Polling session, you may have a learner that hasn't linked their clicker to their EchoPoll account. When this happens, you can manually assign the clicker to the rostered learner in the Session results.

For Sessions that allow Guest Users, or Sessions that are Organization wide, all clicker responses will be treated as unknown responses.

1. Log into EchoPoll with your Instructor account.
2. From your Dashboard, select View All Sessions under My Sessions to bring up your sessions, as shown in the figure below.
3. Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of one of your sessions and select Results, as shown in the figure below.
   

   The Session Results open.

   You can filter the results to Guests to quickly find results that need to be reassigned to a learner.

4. Mouse over the learner with the unassigned Clicker ID and click Reassign Results.
   

   The Assign Results window opens. 

5. Click the Assign to dropdown and select a learner.
6. Click Assign. 
   

   The Session responses are now assigned to the learner and appear in the Results.
