When accessing EchoPoll, you will see My EchoPoll Dashboard – a centralized hub for all of your important items. Your Dashboard provides a quick summary of your Poll Decks, Sessions, Assignments, and Courses. Click My Dashboard in the header to come back to your dashboard at any time!

Poll Decks

Poll Decks are the building blocks for everything you can do in EchoPoll.

Create a New Poll Deck lets you quickly create a new Poll Deck from scratch or start from a PowerPoint you’ve already created.

My Poll Decks shows your 5 most recently created Poll Decks. From the My Poll Decks drop-down, filter by Recent, Created, and Name. Easily deliver a Session or Assignment on-the-fly using the Assign and Start buttons..

Sessions

Sessions are used to deliver a Poll Deck, live, to a set of learners.

The Sessions Summary displays the number of Sessions you have scheduled for Today, Tomorrow, or This Week.

Your next 5 scheduled Sessions (whether they are part of a course or not) will appear in your Dashboard under My Sessions. From the My Sessions drop-down, you can filter by Today, Tomorrow, or This week. Any in progress Session will also appear here.

Click View All Sessions to see all Sessions, or Sessions that have been shared with you.

Assignments

Assignments are used to deliver a Poll Deck for a set of learners to complete on their own.

The Assignments Summary displays the number of Assignments you have in Draft, Ready, or In Progress. The number underneath each status can be clicked to view all assignments in that status.

Your next 5 scheduled Assignments (whether they are part of a course or not) will appear in your Dashboard under My Assignments. From the My Assignments drop-down, you can filter by Today, This Week, or Upcoming. Any in progress Assignment will also appear here.

Click View All Assignments to see all Assignments, or Assignments that have been shared with you.

Courses

If you are using courses to deliver content, you see a quick view of the courses you are an instructor on, with any that have upcoming Sessions or Assignments showing at the top of the list.

The first 5 Courses you are an instructor in will appear in your Dashboard under My Courses. Use the arrows in the header to sort by that header. Next Assignment Due and Next Live Session will display the next items due for the course. If the assignment is open ended (no scheduled due date), it won't appear in My Courses.

Click View All Courses to see all Courses you are an Instructor in, or Courses that have been shared with you.
