From the Captures tab, Institutional Admins can bulk reprocess, send for transcription and captioning, change ownership of, and delete captures. The bulk action menu appears when one or more captures are selected.

The figure below shows the Completed captures list, with Today's date filter cleared and the Bulk Action section identified for use.

Bulk Editing Captures

1. Select Captures from the main menu, as shown in the figure below.
   

   Today's date filter has been cleared.

   
2. Use the filter or search option at the left of the page, as shown in the figure above.
3. Find and select the captures to update. You can select captures one by one or by clicking the box next to Time to select all captures that match your Filter Options.
4. When you have selected multiple captures, the Bulk Action menu appears toward the top of the screen, as shown in the figure above.
   • Reprocess
     • Selected captures are sent back to the media processor and reprocessed. When finished, the newly processed captures replace the originally selected captures in all locations where they appeared.
   • Send for Transcription
     • Sends the selected captures through the ASR Service provider and receives machine-generated transcripts in the selected language.
   • Send for Captioning
     
     • Sends the selected captures to the selected captioning provider and receives generated captions with the specified configuration options.
   • Change Owner
     • Changes the owner of the selected captures.
   • Delete
     • Deletes the selected captures.
5. When you have selected an option from the drop-down menu, click APPLY.
6. Review and select from the available action and click OK.
   

   The bulk action starts processing.
